Designed and optimized shell and tube heat exchangers using AutoCAD and HTRI software. Ensured all engineering designs met TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) international standards — gaining direct exposure to industrial engineering workflows, client-driven requirements, and professional design documentation practices.

Managed organizational programs for 100+ staff members, ensuring all initiatives achieved target satisfaction metrics through OKR frameworks and rigorous KPI monitoring — elevating performance standards across the entire organization systematically.

Directed the biggest Petroleum Event and Competition at Undip — a collaboration between SPE Undip, SRE Undip, and IATMI SM Undip. Secured 90+ competing teams from 10+ universities across Indonesia, managed four competitions with a total prize pool exceeding IDR 30 million, grew social media following by 1,000+ (+30%) in two months, and achieved 154,000 views with 1,500+ interactions.

Planned and executed the flagship annual event for SPE Undip SC. Organized professional development sessions with speakers from Malaysia's and Indonesia's national oil and gas companies — equipping staff with industry-grade project management and human resource management knowledge.

Served as Project Manager for the SPE Company Visit to Baker Hughes — organizing a comprehensive industry exposure program and short course for 30+ Undip students, building professional networks and industry awareness for fellow engineering students.
